Confluence 4.0.x editor does not handle UNC links properly

    Description

      On Confluence 4.0.x, UNC links are no longer handled the way they were in previous versions. This results in links to Windows shares no longer being clickable.

      To test, edit a page and add a UNC link in the following format:
      \\server\share\file
