Some Turkish characters does not appear in PDF export.

      Some Turkish characters like [ş,ı,ğ] does not appear in the pdf export document. I remember some other special symbols (Such as Unicode characters for IPA symbols) does not appear as well but I cannot give a specific example for it. This bug makes PDF export completely useless for Turkish Documents.
