Backspace key can cause unexpected embedded macros to appear on Safari

      Enter the wiki markup:

      In the panel macro body, type "1-ENTER-2-ENTER-3"

      Place the cursor to the left of the '2' and press delete. You end up with additional embedded macros as shown in the screenshot.

      Seems to be Safari only.
