Extra Spaces Added Above Included Gliffy Diagram WYSWYG Fail

Created a Gliffy diagram. In the editor, setup the location of the diagram. Everything looked cool.
Saved the page and GIANT amount of white space appeared that had not been visible in the editor.
I find this a major issue simply because users' expectations for editing/rendered layout will be pretty high with a WYSWYG editor.

I've seen a similar problem with sections.

BTW, I tried searching for a dup but nothing was immediately obvious.
