      Summary of Bug

When using Internet Explorer 8, there are problems when trying to add a page from templates. Not all of the templates can be chosen. More accurately, every 2nd template does not have the radio button, thus the user is unable to select it.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a global template (Importing the default global templates also works)
      2. In a space, select 'Create page from template'
      3. When selecting from the choice of templates, only certain templates can be chosen.

      Findings

This seems to only affect Internet Explorer 8. Creating page from templates work fine in Firefox and Chrome.
