If we start with a list like this:
1. one 2. CURSOR HERE two 3. three
And pasted the following list:
1. a 2. b
The result should be:
1. one 2. a 3. b 4. CURSOR HERE two 5. three
Notice that the list was pasted before the cursor.
Similarly, if the cursor is after an existing list item, pasting will result in the pasted list coming after.
