The drop down menus are displayed under the widget connector and the PDF macro.

I've found this issue using Chrome (15.0.874.106) and IE8 (8.0), with firefox and safari everything works as it should.

If you change/add the vmode parameter of the flash object to "transparent" or "opaque" it will probbaly fix this issue.
