Linking to an Anchor or Heading is not working in CONF4

When you try to set an Link to another page and inside the page to an specific anchor, this does not work.

This is regardless wether you set the link via Wiki Syntax or via the insert link dialog.

I followed the instructions here http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Linking+to+Pages#LinkingtoPages-LinkingtoanAnchororHeading to insert the link.
