Rich Text editor is sluggish on IE when editing long pages

      Editing long pages using the Rich Text editor and IE can be very sluggish and slow. Entered text takes up to 30 seconds to be displayed in the browser, appears to be exponential once the content reaches a certain length.

      Wiki markup and the 4.0 XHTML editor are not affected. Doesn't seem to occur on Firefox.
