Trying to do a customization it is requiring that we use the wiki markup approach, this shouldn't be a requirement. I should be able to use the new editor to insert this information and not be required to use wiki markup for it.

If the full editor and all it's tools are not available then it should at least support copy and paste from a regular page. This way I can build what I want my template to look like then paste it into the template/header/footer areas.
