Non-ascii characters in the subject field of daily updates emails are displayed as encoded characters

    Description

      • German umlauts are not properly displayed in the title of the email: "Confluence-Änderungen in den letzten 24 Stunden" instead of "Confluence-Änderungen in den letzten 24 Stunden"

      By the way, the daily updates emails come from the user "Anonymous (Confluence)" (or "Anonym (Confluence)" in the German translation) which is somehow confusing.
