    Description

Here are the following steps on how to reproduce this problem:

      1. Create a new Confluence page
      2. Insert all Russian words inside
      3. Select some content to be the headings (Heading 1 to Heading 6)
      4. Insert a Table of Contents macro
      5. Save the page
      6. Clicking on the Table of Contents link on any of those Russian headings does not kink to the right headings and it will only ended up being kinked to the first Table of Contents link
      7. Upon further investigation, it looks like the URL of the Table of Contents link is broken when you have all Russian words as headings

As a workaround, you will need to have either digits or normal alphabets inclusion into the Russian headings and the URL of the Table of Contents link will not be broken anymore.

This problem does not occur in Confluence 3.5.x and below.
