Links in pages created using wiki -> XHTML conversion via the remote API will not be space relative when they should be

    Description

      CONF-23328 introduced changes to ensure that links are created as relative as possible. One place this doesn't work is when you create a page with links via the wiki markup remote API.

      I've written (and commented out) a test showing the problem at PagesRpcAcceptanceTest#testSameSpaceLinksAreRelativeOnNewPageWhenMigratingWiki
