We made a start on events but stopped until we'd finished a proper spec.. There are two directories to cope with a new event layout:

confluence/confluence/src/java/com/atlassian/confluence/event/spring

and confluence/confluence/src/java/com/atlassian/confluence/event2

(see sub dir.s for both).

Clean up when we have worked out what we are doing with the events model and where we are placing the code.
