User should not be able to tab out of a dialog back into a page while dialog is still open

      When editing a page, if I bring up a dialog, I can tb through fields until I hit the main edit field for the page. I am then able to edit the page from that field, despite the dialog being open. I also can't seem to tab out of the field.

            Hi Agnes

            Thanks for raising this issue. As this has been open for 3 years now with very little movement I'm going to close this issue as won't fix. I believe that this better reflects the status of this issue.

            If the problem is reported again in the future we will re-address this.

            This is nothing new. It's been like this since the beginning of dialogs time. I doubt we will fix this for 4.0.
