Steps to reproduce
Edit a page where the user will have to scroll in order to see the complete page
Somewhere in the middle, insert autoformatting via keyboard shortcuts

(e.g. type *bold*)

The editor will scroll back up to the top and then return to the edited line. If that isn't disorienting enough, the edited line will now be at the bottom of the editing window. Please see attached window.

This issue could not be reproduced on IE9
