Create Page link text does not update when the title is edited

• Create page1
• Insert a link to create a new page, page2
• Click on the link and save page2
• Edit page2 and change the title
• Reload page1

Expected: The link text on page1 should have changed to show the updated title.
Actual: The link is still showing the original title.
