Can't see bottom of some pages in editor

For some pages (seen this twice already) editor doesn;t display bottom of the page. It is covered with the area with Preview/Save/etc buttons and you can't scroll down to see whole content. You can get there using cursor keys and even madify something.
Tried in 3 browsers and all of them affected - Chrome, IE, Firefox.
