Ability to disable menu items

      There should be a way, as an admin that I am able to turn off menu items I don't want users to see.

      I am struggling to roll out a Confluence site because my users can see things I don't want them to. I don't need users to see ANYTHING under the tools menu but:

      Export to Word
      Export to PDF

      Yet, there are numerous items under this menu that are irrelevant to a user who is only supposed to be there to read information. What use is:

      Attachments
      Page History
      Restrictions

      and so on? All of these are irrelevant to a user who is supposed to be consuming what I create.
