Today I got another 200 instant mail notifications for a page that I was subscribed to. On the one hand I love the direct notifications. On the other I cannot expect all of our employees to turn on "minor change" all the times they hit save, when they edit the page.
Suggestions:
I would want to reduce my mail volume. Confluence should offer a digest for instant notifications with the following options:
- Deliver mails directly one by one (default as today)
- Deliver mails once every 30 minutes
- Deliver mails once every 60 minutes
- Deliver mails once every 2 hours
- Deliver mails once every 4 hours
- Deliver mails once every 6 hours
- Deliver mails once every 12 hours
- Deliver mails once every 24 hours
- Deliver mails once every 48 hours
- Deliver mails once every 72 hours
