When the user imports word documents to the current space, confluence imports the DOC to the very top level of confluence space. The expected behavior would be: when I import any word document, the confluence would import to the current child page. The correctly behavior occurs when we create a new page, i.e. the new page are created in the same child page. This behavior don't occurs when we are using the word import tool.
The tests were made in 3.2.1 and 3.5.9 versions.
