This is an umbrella issue for Office Connector performance and stability related cases

[CONFSERVER-23005] Office Connector umbrella issues that affect stability

            Hi Everyone

I'm going to close this issue as obsolete. The issues that it relates to are still very real and still need to be addressed, but I do not see the benefit of trying to track these using an umbrella issue which is likely to be neglected over time.

If you need to find a list of all office connector issues then it is probably better so search jira using keywords, components and labels.

            Regards
            Steve Haffenden

Here is a spreadsheet that causes memory issues that crashed our Confluence at least once. Removing the last row fixed the problem. Do not know how the spreadsheet was created in the first place, but it is a concern that something simple as someone adding and attachment and a viewfile macro could kill Confluence. In our case, we run 4GB of memory and it still crashed. Connector plugin version was 1.18, Confluence 3.5.13.
