There are two statements about truncate long titles

• Confluence will truncate any titles that are too long to be displayed.
• If a title is too long to fit the box, hover your cursor over the title to see the full text.

The seconde statement explain a function that doesn't work.
The hover text is also truncate contrary to the explanation.
