Allow macros in the editor to be colapsed

      Working on a large document with the new editor is slow. Allowing macros to be collapsed (possibly by an icon in the top right corner of their frame) would allow content that is of no interest to be hidden.

      Possible better would be a mode where only the body that you are working in is expanded. This would allow the structure of the page to be seen (ie all the macro frames are visible, but he text and images are hidden.
