Notification needed for all changes with option to select how often

      Hi,

      We see the need for notifications in Confluence

      1. digest of 'all changes' with option to select how often
      2. digests of pages you are watching with option to select how often

      We do not see these possibilities with current version of Confluence.
      Please add this to Confluence.
