Many times people in work groups upload attachments to pages - and there needs to be discussion about the attachment - but ideally each could be on its own page.
Currently, each attachment has a "View" link - which takes you to a page where you can view the attachment, but you cannot add a comment.

It would be great if when viewing the attachment, it could act somewhat like a confluence page, and have the ability to add comments at the bottom, to facilitate discussion of attachments, especially for PDFs, but really for any kind of attachments.
