The attachments macro should allow authors to specify exclusion or inclusion of specific columns in the resulting output. In my current use-case I'd like to be able to remove the "comments" and "creator" fields from certain
{attachments}macros. I believe other users will likely have use cases for exclusion of the size or creation date. There may also be a use case for allowing authors to specify inclusion of the LASTMODDATE value in the output.
This probably relates to CONF-22002, especially if CONF-22002 will allow for attachment lists to be sized as small as possible for the text to fit.
