Separate Attachment "Comments" field into "Description" and "Comments" fields

      Users struggle with how to properly enter information into the Comments field for attachments. Is it intended to describe the document contents, or describe the revision changes (as in version control systems)? It should be both, but this is tedious to have to re-enter the document description each time an update is made. Splitting the field into "Description" and "Comments" would separate these two concepts nicely.

      To extend this idea further, it would be even better if additional fields could be defined by a space admin, as a way of capturing metadata with attachments.
