Uploading of plugins does not work in IE9

    Description

      When trying to install plugins via the 'upload' link in the plugin manager, if using IE9 the nice looking javascript window to indicate something is happening just sits there forever and the plugin never gets uploaded.

      If I switch to Firefox, the plugin gets uploaded in seconds.
