Don't show Edit in Word and Doc Import menu items on historical versions of pages

      The Edit-in-Word menu always edits the latest version of the content, so the menu option shouldn't appear on old versions.

      A LatestVersionCondition was added in Confluence 3.5.5 (CONF-15965) that can be used on the web-item to achieve this.
