Visio Diagram Prevents Tools Menu from Appearing

When you use the Visio Plugin and try to display a diagram big enough to take part of the screen, it will make the Tools menu to "hide" behind it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the Visio Plugins
2. Create a test page
3. Attach a .vsd file
4. Go to the macro browser and select the visio
5. Set the height and weigth in such a way that it will block the Tools menu. Example: {visio:file=^Connection Types.vsd|width=2000|height=1000|pageView=true|grid=true|pageTabs=true}
6. Observe that you won't be able to use the Tools menu anymore.
