Reorder Pages control does not work in IE9

      Windows 7 Enterprise 64.

      The Reorder Pages control does not work in IE9.

      In Firefox 4, you can drag a page in the Reorder Pages control to change its position in the TOC.
      In IE 9, you cannot drag any of the pages in the control.
