"Recently updated" to show activities from spaces marked as favourite only and from users who are in the follow list

      "Recently updated" is now showing activities from all spaces that users have access, and this can be confusing. the Recently updated activity will be more meaningful if there is an option to show activities from spaces marked as favourite only and from users who are in the follow list
