There is no follow referrals option for delegated authentication

      Confluence does not have a "Follow Referrals" checkbox for Delegated Auth:
      http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Connecting+to+an+Internal+Directory+with+LDAP+Authentication

      The error ia:

      Caused by: org.springframework.ldap.PartialResultException: Unprocessed Continuation Reference(s); nested exception is javax.naming.PartialResultException: Unprocessed Continuation Reference(s); remaining name

      Can we offer a checkbox for this configuration? Also, is there a db-level workaround?
