Improve supportability for Windows 7 and Office Connector

      We know that on Windows 7 we need to tweak the windows registry like below to make Office Connector works (CONF-18174).

      This is not scalable for customers with large number of dispersed users.

      We should create a tool to help make Confluence administrator's life easier by configuring the Registry automatically.
