Popular Labes Macro does not respect view restriction

Problem

The Popular Labels Macro does not respect the view Restriction. It ignores if the user can or not see this page, and shows all pages with that label to the user. When the user clicks the link it shows "Not Permitted"

Steps to Reproduce

1. I've created 2 spaces, Space Good and Space Bad. Then I created 2 labels, good and bad. I've applied this labels to several pages inside their respective spaces.
2. I've created a new Space: Test Popular-label-macro. The labels functioned as it should, listed all the "popular" labels.
3. Then in one space, I've set view restrictions to the admin user. Thus nobody would be able to see this restricted page.
4. Logged out.
5. Logged in with a common user.
6. Browse to the Test Popular-label-macro Space.
7. Could see the Macro working, and could see the link to the restricted page, even if I'm just a common user, but if I do click the link I'm not able to browse, I get a "not permitted"
