Intermediate save button

we are using confluence in our project to publish user stories to the team, we found it very useful, currently when we edit the page, we have two buttons, save and cancel, when we save it gets published, but if we have one more button which will save the users work and will not publish to all, the user can update it in different intervals and publish it at once. to avoid conflict we may mark that page us under modification by other persons (not necessarily).
