In conjunction with https://support.atlassian.com/browse/CSP-56838:
There isn't a way to force refresh a page or in other words invalidate a page cache (via query string, pageId=xxxx&cache=0, etc., etc.)?
The following page describes a way to inject explicit cache in a page and ways to refresh the caches. However this works for only
{cache} macro.

A way to refresh a page cache would really be helpful (being a developer I guess a query string URL parameter to allow this would be a nice feature!)
