PDF Stylesheet does not increase size of Macro words.

      Problem

      Currently if you use a different size for the stylesheet it does not use in some macros like TOC.

      Resolution

      Increasing font size for all page and space exports to PDF.

      Steps to reproduce

      Use this in the stylesheet

      .wiki-content, .wiki-content p
{ font-size: 14px; }

      Then use a TOC macro and export, all paragraphs will be altered with the new size, however the toc macro won't.
