Table of Contents breaks if included in another page

      To replicate:

      1. Create test source page consisting of ToC macro and headings/text
      2. Create test target page and include the source page using includes macro

      Result: Table of Contents will appear in target page but links will not work.

      Workaround

      Remove the ToC macro from the source page and instead use it in the target page:

      {toc}

{include:<SOURCE_PAGE_TITLE>}
