Add support for web acceleration

      Creating feature request on behalf of Steven.

      Using a web accelerator while trying to edit a page can cause a cached page to appear rather than the edit window. Not really a bug as we don't offer support for web accelerators at the moment, but would be nice to offer this as an option.
