Exporting a page from a space with id ABC HTML results in a zip file that has the top level page in directory lower case "abc" and the supporting borders, images etc. under upper case directory "ABC." This means the zip file will unpack differently on Unix/Linux than it does on Windows. This makes it difficult to use in a portable way.
