• Create a simple bullet list with a sub item (picture 1)
• Apply (blue) color to the whole bullet list (picture 2)
• Save the document

-> Saved document does not display correctly the colored bullet list (picture 3)

To work around this bug, I add an extra space at the end of each line and I apply color to each line individually (except for the extra space added)
