Set Timeout values for macro render/processing time

There can be times where macro render time takes an inordinate amount of process time and can cause system instability.

It would be nice to set a timeout globally for all macros (and have that be set on global configuration).

Bonus points if the timeout actually killed the render task, but it would be helpful for support if it simply logged it.
