Renaming page does not update links inside {note} macro

Links to the pages that are inside

macro are not updated on page rename.

• Create page named "New Page"
• Create another page with this content: Link to a [New Page] {note} Link inside note macro: [New Page] {note}
• Rename "New Page" and only first link will be updated, not the second one (inside note macro)
