[CONFSERVER-21479] Hitting Enter in the Macro Browser cancels instead of inserting

This only happens in wiki markup. I'm not sure when the bug was introduced.

Pressing Enter in a macro browser field usually confirms the insert or edit (not for text area fields like body obviously).
When using the wiki markup editor it Cancels the dialog instead.

I have no real basis for believing that this bug relates to ~~CONF-19910~~ other than they're both javascript bugs relating to the macro browser when using the wiki markup editor.
