Tooltips with more than 1 tip contain apple and windows commands

This tooltip contains an apple and a windows command:

Hint: press ⌘1 to create a heading level 1, Ctrl+2 for heading level 2 and so on.

Here's another with a similar problem:

Hint: press ⌘⇧X to cut a row and Ctrl+Shift+V to paste a row in a table.

I'm not sure if these are individual tooltips or if someone, tooltips requiring more than 1 string are not being concatenated correctly.
