Thumbnails lose resolution when placed inside an expand macro

After inserting screenshots as thumbnails within the "expand" macro (Installation guide on CAC), the size of the image automatically becomes 2.5 x 2.5 and cannot be clicked to view full size. If I try to right-click and select "View Image" then it will navigate away from the page and show the full size.
