Logging during rendering of items in an rss feed should say what item was being rendered

When an error occurs while a page is being rendered for rss, the logging context is not too useful:

 -- url: /createrssfeed.action | userName: someguy | action: createrssfeed

Most of the time the error is due to a particular page, but unless somebody has actually been to that page and generated the error there, it's not too helpful. Ideally, the logging context should include the title of the item being rendered too.
