Using the standalone 3.4.1 out of the box with the default theme

On the pages where we can have a file attachment the gear message shows up as "Drop files here to attach them"
(class=drop-zone-text "Drop files here to attach them")

The text is not localized if I set French as my language, the same text appears.
Not tested in German.

Similar issue when in the editor you click on insert image. There is a drop zone and a text "Drop here"... in French

I know that you are looking at HTML 5 to replace gear but in the mean time thanks to localize the text properly for the ones who will use 3.X for the next two years of maintenance
